Digital Banking Growth Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Banking Growth Specialist to own and accelerate the growth of MBC’s digital banking ecosystem, including My Bank, eMoney, and Biz Portal. You will design and run experiments, optimise unit economics and turn customer data into measurable revenue, loan disbursements and deposit growth.

Key responsibilities

• Treat marketing budgets as investments and manage the full acquisition funnel to maximise Customer Lifetime Value while minimising Customer Acquisition Cost.
• Drive users through the growth pipeline: acquisition, first transaction, cross‑sell and retention across digital lending, savings, cross‑border remittance and payments.
• Design, launch and scale high‑tempo A/B tests on offers, messaging, triggers and CTAs, identifying bottlenecks and scaling winning formulas.
• Build behavioural segmentation journeys and real‑time performance dashboards to translate data into revenue strategies.
• Monetise strategic partnerships by executing joint acquisition initiatives with fintech, BaaS and payroll networks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in digital growth, fintech, e‑commerce or digital banking with a proven record of owning revenue or acquisition budgets.
• Strong understanding of unit economics, CAC vs. LTV and credit‑risk parameters for lending products.
• Experience configuring automated CRM communication flows and managing partner commercialisation.
