Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Phnom Penh, responsible for planning, executing and optimising digital marketing campaigns to promote V Syndicate’s brand and properties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms and schedule content.
• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across online channels.
• Monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data.
• Coordinate online advertising and promotional activities.
• Analyse competitor activity and stay updated on digital marketing best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in digital marketing or similar roles.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cambodia and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

• Social media marketing and online marketing.
• SEO, SEM and email marketing platforms.
• Social media management tools and web analytics tools.
• Content creation, basic graphic design and copywriting for digital channels.
