Cybersecurity Analyst – Associate/Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Cybersecurity Analyst at the Associate/Supervisor level to lead our efforts in protecting critical information assets, systems, and digital services from sophisticated threats. The role combines hands‑on technical work with team leadership to ensure a resilient security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead incident response activities, monitor alerts and coordinate rapid containment and mitigation of security events.
• Direct comprehensive vulnerability assessments, prioritize remediation based on business impact, and oversee remediation efforts.
• Conduct in‑depth threat investigations and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen defenses.
• Drive security monitoring and compliance initiatives aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS and other regulatory requirements.
• Champion cybersecurity awareness programs to foster a proactive security culture across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security or SOC operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies, incident‑response protocols and vulnerability‑management frameworks.
• Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST or PCI DSS.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH) are highly preferred.
