Country Manager – Logistics Expansion in Cambodia

About the role

Our client, a century‑old global logistics service provider, is launching its first office in Cambodia and seeks a dynamic Country Manager to lead the market entry and drive rapid growth. You will act as the bridge between the headquarters and the local market, overseeing both the initial setup and the long‑term commercial expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Establish the Cambodian office, recruit and build a high‑performing team, and ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and execute a strategic expansion plan to capture market share and generate revenue.
• Lead business development activities, forging relationships with key customers, partners, and government agencies.
• Maintain alignment with corporate objectives while adapting to local market dynamics.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or express cargo.
• At least 5 years in a senior managerial or country‑head role, with a proven record of setting up new offices or business units.
• Deep knowledge of the Cambodian logistics landscape, customs regulations, and business culture (highly preferred).
• Fluent English communication skills.
