Executive Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Executive Logistics role supports logistics activities for projects across DCT, ensuring smooth shipment execution and compliance with customs and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate customs permit applications, clearance processes, and cargo release activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Manage business return processes for spare parts, including return shipments and replacement logistics.
• Prepare logistics documentation, payment requests, invoice verification, and supporting documents for approval and settlement.
• Review and manage shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and Form E.
• Maintain shipment records, logistics databases, and produce periodic operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, TRC requirements, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, import‑export, freight forwarding, customs brokerage or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of import/export processes, customs clearance procedures, shipping document preparation and Incoterms.
• Strong coordination, communication and execution abilities, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good written and spoken English and a positive, learning mindset.
