Assistant Procurement Manager

About the role

The Assistant Procurement Manager will support the procurement function for a leading luxury retail provider in Cambodia. This full‑time, on‑site position involves sourcing non‑sale products and services, evaluating suppliers, and coordinating purchase orders in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Source non‑sale products and services and prepare procurement documentation.
• Evaluate and manage suppliers, including ongoing relationship management.
• Coordinate purchase orders, track inventory levels and support negotiations.
• Manage contracts, monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Required profile

• Strong procurement and purchasing skills with experience in procurement processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking (PUC).
• Retail experience, preferably in luxury retail (e.g., Makro Cambodia).
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English; Thai; knowledge of Khmer is beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic procurement software knowledge.
