Content Producer (Video Shooting, Editing & Publishing)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Content Producer to lead the end‑to‑end production of short‑form video content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong video shooting and editing abilities with a deep understanding of social media algorithms to drive engagement and generate customer inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short‑form videos for Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, aligning with project marketing milestones.
• Develop and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely publishing of trend‑driven videos.
• Optimize video performance by monitoring views, engagement metrics, and audience growth.
• Collaborate with the Content Department and other teams to refine scripts, gather assets, and improve overall video quality.
• Produce commercial client videos and ensure on‑time delivery of high‑quality output.
• Stay updated on short‑form video trends and continuously learn new editing techniques.

Required profile

• Cambodian nationality with proficiency in Chinese language.
• Diploma or higher, preferably with experience in video editing or multimedia production.
• Strong aesthetic sense and awareness of current online trends.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively within a team.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Required skills

• Video shooting and editing.
• Proficiency in at least one mainstream editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects (advantage).
• Familiarity with Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube platforms and their distribution algorithms.
