Chief Commercial Officer

About the role

The Chief Commercial Officer will lead Y Chhe Group’s commercial function, integrating sales, marketing and operations to grow market share and profitability in Cambodia’s construction sector. Reporting to the executive team, you will shape strategy, expand the product portfolio and ensure exceptional customer experience across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy that meets revenue targets and drives long‑term growth.
• Identify strategic partnerships, new market opportunities and expand product lines such as steel, cement and roofing.
• Oversee pricing, key‑account management and ensure alignment with the group’s mission of quality, innovation and sustainability.
• Monitor economic indicators, industry trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to senior leadership and the board.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes, improve operational excellence and elevate customer service.
• Lead, mentor and develop high‑performing commercial teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in sales and marketing, preferably within construction materials, manufacturing or heavy B2B sectors.
• Proven record of scaling revenue and leading large, cross‑functional teams.
• Deep understanding of the Cambodian construction and real‑estate market dynamics.
• Fluent in Khmer and English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
