About the role

The Insurance Specialist will deliver life‑insurance solutions to the bank’s client base, acting as a bridge between the bank’s sales and service teams and the insurance product portfolio. The role is ideal for a dynamic, self‑motivated professional who thrives on building lasting client relationships and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored life‑insurance products that meet clients’ protection and long‑term savings needs.
• Collaborate closely with branch sales and service teams to identify opportunities and present innovative solutions.
• Strengthen long‑term client relationships through exceptional service and follow‑up.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of insurance offerings, regulations, and market trends.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support the branch and insurance business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in bancassurance sales is preferred; experience in sales or customer service in banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality or IT is also considered.
• Self‑driven, highly motivated and results‑oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
