Channel Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Channel Sales Manager to lead our network of distributors and resellers across Cambodia. The role involves close collaboration with partners, gathering market feedback, frequent provincial travel, and delivering on sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with channel partners, analyse industry trends and develop effective channel sales strategies.
• Provide channel customers with comprehensive support, including sales, technical and product assistance.
• Collaborate with partners to drive product marketing, promotional activities and service improvements while collecting market and customer feedback.
• Conduct frequent business trips to provinces and meet customers regularly.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in channel distribution sales or sales‑out roles, preferably in CCTV or related electronics/technology industries.
• Good English communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred.
• Sales experience with distributors, resellers or companies such as VIVO, OPPO, Huawei, Samsung, Hikvision or Tiandy is strongly valued.
• Smart, quick learner, honest, proactive and self‑motivated.
• Strong presentation, training and solution‑selling abilities.
• Familiarity with IT and CCTV technology.
• Fresh graduates in IT‑related fields with strong learning ability and a positive attitude are also welcome.
