Business Development Executive – Logistics & Freight

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth for Savino Del Bene’s logistics services across Cambodia. You will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote air, ocean and cross‑border freight solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for air freight, ocean freight, and logistics services.
• Generate qualified leads through market research, networking and cold outreach.
• Prepare and present customized sales proposals, quotations and solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service and Finance to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Track sales pipelines, forecasts and activity reports; achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to support business strategy.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and networking functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales.
• Strong understanding of air freight, ocean freight and logistics products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, result‑driven and able to work independently.
• Good command of English; additional languages such as Chinese or Korean are a plus.
