Business Development – Cambodia (Remote)

About the role

KVB is seeking a Business Development professional to expand its presence in the Cambodian market. Working remotely, you will identify and engage new clients, introducing KVB’s trading solutions to brokers, introducing brokers (IBs), traders and trading communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new clients, IBs and business partners in Cambodia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives tailored to the Cambodian market.
• Follow up on leads, identify new business opportunities and convert them into revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in at least one of the following areas: Introducing Brokers, Trading, Forex/CFDs, or Sales.
• Good understanding of the Cambodian market and business environment.
• Fluent in English and Khmer.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Previous experience in the Forex/CFDs or brokerage industry is a strong advantage.
