Brand Marketing Specialist

About the role

Khmer Beverages (KHB), a Cambodian producer of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, is hiring a Brand Marketing Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site position based at the company's headquarters in Phnom Penh, responsible for building awareness, strengthening brand equity and driving consumer engagement across multiple product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand marketing plans and coordinate brand campaigns
• Support product launches and oversee brand messaging and visual identity
• Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to keep brand consistency across all channels
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights, monitor competitors and track campaign performance
• Prepare marketing materials and manage agency and vendor relationships
• Contribute to annual brand planning and budgeting under senior marketing leadership

Required profile

• Demonstrated skills in brand marketing and marketing, with experience planning and running integrated brand campaigns
• Experience in brand development, helping shape new products or sub-brands and refining brand portfolios
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; FMCG or beverage industry experience is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle several projects in a fast pace
