Senior Digital Marketing Officer (emart24, Local Only)

About the role

Saisons Brother Holding, a Cambodian business group active in retail, food and beverage, technology, construction and manufacturing, is hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Officer for its emart24 business. The position is local only and covers planning and running digital marketing campaigns, supporting store openings and product promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, email and online platforms.
• Manage content calendars and work with teams to create engaging, brand-consistent marketing assets.
• Coordinate with partners, suppliers and promoters, and support store openings and special events.
• Create and manage marketing materials and POSM, and support product and brand promotions for FMCG and F&B offerings.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and optimise strategies to improve reach, traffic and ROI.
• Work with designers, agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to inform marketing decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG, F&B or retail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Khmer is an advantage.
• Analytical, creative, detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
