Bank Executive Trainee - Brand & Event Management

About the role

This is a trainee position focused on brand and event management within a bank. The role covers supporting budget monitoring, coordinating business cards and branding materials, and helping plan and run events.

Key responsibilities

• Support budget monitoring by consolidating expenses, tracking quotations, following up on invoices and payment documents, and keeping updated records in Microsoft Excel.
• Manage business card and name card requests, including verification with business units, digital card arrangement, approval and procurement coordination, and submission to the printing house.
• Coordinate branding, corporate merchandise, printed materials and artwork with internal and external parties.
• Support the planning, coordination and execution of events, including guest lists, invitations, materials, logistics, venue setup, registration and vendor coordination.
• Prepare captions, invitations, event updates, short write-ups, reports, presentation slides, event decks and communication materials.
• Translate between Khmer and English when required, and assist with basic graphic design, artwork adjustments or video-related tasks.
• Maintain files of event photos, documents, quotations, invoices and administrative records, and follow up on assigned tasks within the required timeline.

Required profile

• University student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Media, Business Administration or a related field.
• Interest in branding, events, content creation, corporate communication and marketing activities.
• Some experience in event support, administrative work, content support, budget tracking or coordination is preferred.
• Strong organisational, communication and multitasking skills, with an analytical mindset suited to a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing tools or other simple design platforms is an advantage.
• Microsoft Excel.
