Audit Coordinator

About the role

The Audit Coordinator will plan, organise and monitor audit and certification activities for Clean Globe Cambodia, ensuring timely and compliant service delivery. Acting as the main point of contact, the coordinator bridges clients, auditors and internal stakeholders to support sustainability certification projects.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries on audit schedules and certification procedures.
• Coordinate audit calendars, assign qualified auditors, and confirm logistics with clients.
• Prepare annual audit plans, surveillance schedules and manage certification applications.
• Process documentation, monitor certification status and expiry dates, draft and issue certificates.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure audits meet contractual timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in Khmer with intermediate English reading and writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer relationship and documentation management skills.
