Assistant Manager – Marketing Tenant Management

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support our Marketing Tenant Management function. In this role you will monitor sales performance, liaise with tenants on marketing initiatives, and contribute to the development of data‑driven strategies that boost revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Track sales data and work with the sales team to meet targets.
• Communicate with tenants regarding sales and marketing activities.
• Provide information, ideas, and research to help shape marketing strategies.
• Research trends, demographics, pricing strategies and other data that can improve performance.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports for management.
• Stay updated on each tenant’s sales and promotion activities.
• Implement and follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and internal departments.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, food‑and‑beverage or retail environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to create data‑analysis reports and deliver presentations.
• Self‑motivated, problem‑solver, able to work under pressure and adapt to flexible schedules.
