Marketing Intern – Full‑Time

About the role

KOI Thé, a premium bubble‑tea brand operating across 16 countries, is looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support its branding and marketing initiatives in Cambodia. This full‑time internship offers hands‑on experience in campaign execution, partnership coordination, and brand communication.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in product launch campaigns by preparing marketing materials, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables.
• Create and adapt content for digital and offline channels to boost product awareness.
• Coordinate partnership activities, prepare assets, and monitor progress with external partners.
• Support seasonal promotions through campaign setup, material preparation, and performance tracking.
• Help align marketing materials, merchandise, packaging, and uniforms with brand guidelines.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely rollout of campaigns across stores.
• Maintain marketing documentation, prepare reports, and organize administrative processes.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities, with a team‑oriented mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
• Available for a 3–6 month internship period.
