Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that promote Aii Language Center’s programs and brand. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Phnom Penh and works closely with academic and administrative teams to boost student recruitment and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and launch multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage social media platforms, create content, and monitor engagement.
• Support student recruitment through promotional activities and inquiry handling.
• Develop and produce promotional materials and event collateral.
• Organise outreach events, open houses, and community activities.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Strong market research and marketing analysis abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and local languages.
• Experience in social media marketing and student recruitment.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in the education or language‑training sector is a plus.
