About the role
EASTCHEM, a leading crop protection company, is seeking an Agrochemical Sales Manager for Cambodia. You will be responsible for consultative selling of our pesticide products and act as the company's representative in the market.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of consultative selling, including local registration, sample delivery, product introduction, business challenge analysis, client workshops, quotations, pricing, negotiation and proposal activities.
- Provide weekly updates to management on new activities and urgent issues in Cambodia.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events and associations to promote EASTCHEM’s products.
- Perform other work‑related duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Familiarity with agrochemical commercial activities in Cambodia.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Work experience in multinational companies is preferred.
