About the role

This internship supports the daily administrative operations of KPMG's office, ensuring smooth visitor experiences and efficient office logistics.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, provide information, and coordinate refreshments for meetings with management.
  • Manage postage system, meeting/training room bookings, vehicle reservations, and office supply inventory.
  • Monitor logbooks for incoming/outgoing documents, collaborate with drivers and messengers to ensure correct delivery.
  • Prepare holiday announcements, organize client appointments, and maintain office hygiene, including turning off equipment after use.
  • Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate staff members.

Required profile

  • Good knowledge of standard office administrative practices.
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English and Khmer.
  • Excellent organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Outlook email and calendar management.
