Accounting Specialist – Rider Finance & Inventory

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our finance team and support rider‑related financial operations. You will ensure accurate cash and bank reconciliations, manage inventory postings and handle invoicing and payment processing for our delivery network.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash and bank reconciliations.
• Manage rider finance and inventory operations, including stock movement and posting entries.
• Issue invoices to relevant parties and process payments in the bank.
• Review, park and upload intercompany invoices and other accounting entries.
• Reconcile general‑ledger balance‑sheet items such as accruals, pre‑payments, taxes and supplier balances.
• Support month‑end closing activities and provide ad‑hoc financial assistance.
• Execute tasks assigned by managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of operational accounting experience.
• Hands‑on experience with cash/bank reconciliations and payment processing.
• Familiarity with stock movement tracking, inventory postings and rider/fleet financial operations.
• Strong analytical, time‑management and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Basic knowledge of SQL (optional but preferred).
