About the role
The Account Inventory Officer is responsible for managing stock flow, ensuring accurate inventory records, and supporting purchasing and receiving processes.
Key responsibilities
- Check and deliver products to store, organize stocks and uniforms on shelves and in store rooms.
- Handle purchasing, receiving, physical counting, daily paperwork and forms.
- Prepare reports on inventory adjustments, spoilage, damage, technical issues and waste.
- Reconcile warehouse stock‑out, stock‑in, balance reports and product issues.
- Produce daily and monthly stock reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in stock management.
- Good oral and written English, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, honest and responsible with strong commitment.
