Supervisor, Process Improvement

About the role

The Supervisor, Process Improvement will analyse existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business processes, identify non‑value‑added controls and risks, and propose improvements that boost operational efficiency across all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Review current SOPs, operational processes and policies to spot non‑value‑added controls and risks.
• Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions to function managers.
• Collaborate with all functions to map end‑to‑end processes and develop new policies and SOPs.
• Draft process workflows and narrative documentation using established templates.
• Coordinate orientation sessions to ensure employees understand updated policies and procedures.
• Monitor implementation of agreed controls and verify compliance.
• Lead document control for all SOPs and policies, ensuring proper versioning and accessibility.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by function management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least three years of experience developing policies, SOPs, or conducting internal/external audits.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Excellent English writing skills.
• Integrity and ability to work under tight schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to use MS Visio for process mapping (plus).
