About the role
The Senior Quality Assurance and Deployment Officer ensures that all products meet internal and external standards before reaching customers. This role combines quality control, testing coordination, and issue resolution within the head office.
Key responsibilities
- Verify compliance with quality standards and document any non‑conformities.
- Coordinate product testing, record results, and report malfunctions to production executives.
- Analyze bugs, defects and recurring issues across multiple products and propose corrective actions.
- Maintain quality reports, statistical reviews and related documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
- Strong numerical ability and understanding of statistical methods.
- Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Quality assurance methodologies and standards.
- Data analysis and statistical review techniques.
- Documentation workflow and user‑guide preparation.
