About the role
The Quality Assurance & Deployment Officer ensures that all internal and external requirements are met before products reach customers, overseeing inspection, reporting and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect procedures and outputs, identifying mistakes or non‑conformities.
- Set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
- Conduct timely performance evaluations and report malfunctions to production executives.
- Analyze issues, bugs, defects across multiple products and recommend solutions.
- Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.
Required profile
- BSc degree in IT/MIS or related field.
- Experience in backend development or similar software engineering role.
- Strong numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
- Good documentation workflow and user‑guide preparation abilities.
- Effective communication skills in spoken and written English.
