Associate, Insight and Analysis

About the role

You will join Grab Cambodia’s Mobility & Operations team as an Associate, Insight and Analysis (Mobility). Reporting to the Head of Mobility and Operations, you will work closely with leadership to turn complex data into actionable strategies that grow the mobility marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze mobility data to uncover trends, identify problems and spot growth opportunities.
• Deep‑dive into the user journey, including segmentation, conversion funnel optimisation, churn analysis and lifetime‑value modelling.
• Prioritise initiatives with the Mobility and Leadership teams, design experiments and drive execution to increase transaction volume.
• Partner with marketing and operations to implement data‑driven solutions that attract and retain users.
• Monitor marketplace health, evaluating pricing, incentives and supply‑demand dynamics.

Required profile

• Solid analytical and critical‑thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Highly proactive, naturally curious and passionate about problem solving.
• Strong business sense and ability to communicate complex analyses to diverse audiences.
• At least 1–2 years of experience processing and analysing complex data sets.
• Proficiency in English communication and writing.

Required skills

• Excel for data analytics.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Familiarity with R.
• Power BI usage.
• Python programming.
