Senior Manager, Client Management

About the role

The Senior Manager, Client Management will lead DKSH’s Healthcare business in Cambodia, acting as the primary strategic partner for client accounts. You will ensure smooth business integration, drive client growth and meet profitability targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage operating budgets, monitor P&L and control costs.
• Align business and marketing plans with clients to achieve objectives.
• Oversee onboarding and integration of new clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and manage contract renewals.
• Resolve operational issues and service complaints promptly.
• Conduct business reviews and maintain strategic alignment with client management teams.
• Build and sustain strong relationships between DKSH and its clients.
• Develop team capabilities in client management and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree or professional qualification in a science or medical‑related discipline.
• 7‑8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, client business and product landscape.
• Strong analytical background and familiarity with statistical analysis methods.
• Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity for cross‑country interactions.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
