About the role
We are looking for a Senior Accounting & Audit professional to join our fast‑growing FMCG business. The role will ensure accurate financial reporting, support strategic planning and maintain compliance with local and international standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review timely financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Cambodian regulations.
- Manage month‑end and year‑end closing, including journal entries, reconciliations and account analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to aid business decision‑making.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 3–5 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably with Big 4 exposure.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Cambodian accounting standards (Prakas).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
