Senior Officer, Finance Transformation

About the role

The Finance Transformation team is looking for a Senior Officer to lead process improvement, system enhancements, and change management initiatives. This role will partner with Finance leadership to design efficient workflows, ensure robust controls, and drive measurable performance gains.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing finance processes, identify inefficiencies and control gaps, and design improved procedures and workflows.
• Gather business requirements for finance system upgrades, support UAT testing, manage defects, and assist with deployment and post‑implementation stabilization.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, risk logs, decision records, and produce governance reports on status, performance and risk.
• Assess change impacts, develop communication plans, training materials, user guides, and collect feedback to improve adoption.
• Define and monitor KPIs, track project benefits, analyse financial data, and prepare dashboards and recommendations for Finance leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance process improvement, finance systems, digital transformation or project delivery; banking experience preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with system testing, UAT, implementation readiness and post‑go‑live support.
• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end finance processes, financial reporting, internal controls and process ownership.
• Familiarity with business process analysis, process mapping, continuous improvement and workflow automation.
