Tax Accountant (Chinese Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Tax Accountant who can manage bookkeeping, monthly tax filing, and support tax audits. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting knowledge, experience with tax authorities, and be comfortable communicating in English. Fluency in Chinese is preferred to handle Chinese‑language documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Verify daily supporting documents for tax declarations.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
• Prepare monthly tax returns and submit them via e‑filing.
• Compile Taxable Operating Income (TOI) reports.
• Perform cash and bank reconciliations.
• Process PV vouchers signed by authorized managers.
• Draft payment request letters as needed.
• Archive all relevant documents.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience interacting with tax officers and participating in tax audits.
• Hands‑on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Peachtree, CUSCEN, or SUN.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
