Representative, Field Sales

About the role

The Representative, Field Sales will drive sales and promotional activities for DKSH’s Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) portfolio across assigned territories in Cambodia. Working on the front line, you will ensure product availability, in‑store excellence, and strong relationships with customers and dealers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement structured action plans, including regular customer calls, visits, and order taking, to meet sales targets using the Echo‑Plus system.
• Execute sales activities such as order taking, POSM setup (price tags, shelf talkers, wobblers) and in‑store merchandising.
• Maintain product availability and compliance with stock‑keeping unit (SKU) deployment.
• Record and report sales data accurately for performance tracking.
• Conduct FIFO stock freshness checks and drive continuous improvement of sales processes.
• Build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships, handling complaints and payments promptly.
• Monitor competitor activities and submit orders to wholesalers to ensure On Time, In Full (OTIF) delivery.
• Undertake administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of sales or comparable experience.
• Basic knowledge of the FMCG market, competitor landscape and customer profiles in Cambodia.
• Hands‑on field experience with strong selling skills.
• Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is an advantage.
