Manager, Partnership & Payroll

About the role

The Manager, Partnership & Payroll will drive business relationships and expand the bank's payroll portfolio. This role combines partnership development, client relationship management, and cross‑selling of banking products to both existing and new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with businesses, associations and large groups to build partnerships that generate new banking opportunities.
• Support product and sales teams by providing referrals and promoting bank services at public events.
• Maintain and grow long‑term relationships with payroll clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all payroll needs.
• Identify and pursue cross‑selling opportunities for loans, credit cards, savings accounts and investment products.
• Monitor payroll business performance against targets, prepare regular reports on new accounts, deposit growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of payroll services and high client satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff within the payroll unit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in professional communication, finance, banking or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in partnership development, payroll services or related banking activities.
• Strong leadership, creativity and flexibility with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Khmer, English and Chinese with solid computer literacy.
• High dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
