Junior Accountant (Accounts Receivable)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Accountant focused on Accounts Receivable to support daily accounting operations and project‑related financial reporting. This hands‑on position does not include managerial duties and offers the chance to develop core accounting skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer balances, aging reports, and collection status.
• Follow up on overdue receivables and coordinate with sales teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare and issue sales invoices, progress billings, installment schedules, and rental invoices.
• Record customer receipts promptly, including bank transfers, cash, and other payment methods.
• Reconcile bank statements, customer receipts, and AR ledgers regularly.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities related to receivables.
• Assist with petty‑cash management, fixed‑asset tracking, and documentation filing.
• Provide project expense tracking assistance and prepare supporting documents for financial reviews.
• Help prepare documents for external audits, tax audits, and compliance reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of accounting experience or a strong academic background for fresh graduates.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Fluent English; Khmer or Mandarin language skills are a plus.
• Good communication, organization, and ability to work in a team‑oriented setting.
