IT Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Supervisor to oversee the installation, configuration and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation across hardware, software and network environments.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain IT systems, hardware, software and network devices.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and minimise downtime.
• Provide technical support and resolve complex queries.
• Set up, maintain and troubleshoot CCTV and surveillance systems.
• Manage network infrastructure, implement security measures and control internet access.
• Oversee backups, data recovery, storage solutions and maintain IT asset records.
• Coordinate with vendors and lead IT‑related projects.
• Assist with design tasks using Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.
• Recommend system improvements and stay updated with emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in an IT role with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware and software.
• Hands‑on experience with website administration and CCTV system operations.
• Proven leadership, project management and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
