Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Enterprise Architecture to lead the creation and implementation of technical solutions that meet business requirements and fit within our enterprise architecture. The role acts as a bridge between business units and IT, communicating the architectural vision to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clear action plans for the architecture team and projects.
• Design and implement technical solutions aligned with business needs and the enterprise architecture.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their fit within the existing architecture.
• Serve as liaison between business and IT, presenting architectural concepts to C‑suite executives.
• Keep architectural documentation up‑to‑date and foster relationships across IT and business departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to executives and writing reports.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EA frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman.
• Experience in cloud computing, data management, and emerging technologies like AI and IoT.
