System & Data Support Officer

About the role

The System & Data Support Officer ensures that digital systems and technology platforms across Kungfu Kitchen outlets operate smoothly and that operational data remains accurate. The role provides technical assistance, supports system upgrades, and helps prepare basic data reports to enable data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in configuring, deploying, and testing warehouse management and food production systems, as well as point‑of‑sale (POS) and other outlet applications.
• Provide first‑line user support, troubleshoot system‑related issues, and coordinate with vendors or internal IT teams for maintenance and upgrades.
• Document, track, and escalate technical problems, manage user access controls, and ensure compliance with data security policies.
• Collect, clean, and prepare data for operational reporting on sales, inventory, and system performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting business systems, digital platforms, or IT operations; retail/F&B experience is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and capacity to work under pressure during peak hours.

Required skills

• Understanding of business systems, digital platforms, and operational software.
• Familiarity with databases, system integration, and transaction data handling.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Awareness of warehouse management and food production system concepts.
• Experience with POS systems and user access control.
