Brand Marketing Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Intern to support the marketing and branding of OCIC’s real estate projects. This internship offers hands‑on experience across real estate marketing, brand development, content creation and urban development.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of real‑estate marketing proposals, including strategies, campaigns, urban development initiatives and rebranding projects.
• Develop and propose social‑media and product‑marketing support for real‑estate projects.
• Take a hands‑on role in photo and video shooting for marketing and social‑media content.
• Assist in managing project social‑media platforms, including content planning and publishing.
• Help ensure consistent brand identity and communication across projects and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and generate new marketing ideas to improve project positioning and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Multimedia and project teams to bring marketing concepts from idea to execution.
