About the role
The Assistant Manager, Branch Performance Management will gather industry data, conduct monthly performance evaluations, monitor branch operations, collaborate with IT on system enhancements, and produce analytical reports to support sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Collect industry information, data, and figures for performance analysis.
- Conduct monthly performance evaluations and rankings, communicating results to the Branch Manager.
- Monitor branch performance, enforce accountability, and follow up with staff.
- Work closely with IT to modify systems and processes that support operations.
- Produce reports and analyses on sales performance, including loans, savings, merchant and MB transactions.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, marketing, or management.
- 3‑5 years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, or business development, preferably in the financial industry.
Required skills
- Advanced MS Excel.
- Power BI.
- Tableau.
- Google Analytics.
