Senior Accounts Receivable Officer

About the role

The Senior Accounts Receivable Officer will monitor and reconcile daily sales transactions across all emart24 stores, ensure accurate cash deposits, and support franchise reporting and audit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile daily sales transactions from all emart24 stores in POS to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Verify and control daily store sales deposits, ensuring timely collection and bank credit.
• Prepare, review, and maintain daily and monthly sales reports for franchise reporting requirements.
• Reconcile sales reports with mall operators and submit semi‑monthly sales information.
• Perform monthly reconciliation between LSNAV sales records and Jet Reports.
• Investigate cash discrepancies, resolve overages or shortages, and monitor cash collections.
• Process and reconcile sales transactions from third‑party aggregators and e‑wallet platforms against system records and settlement reports.
• Prepare and maintain accounts receivable schedules for franchisees, malls, aggregators and other partners.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external auditors, tax authorities and other stakeholders to provide supporting documents.
• Support quarterly and annual audit activities by preparing reconciliations, schedules and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in reconciliation, accounting or sales administration.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems (Odoo).
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
