Accounting Manager

About the role

The Accounting Manager will lead the Financial Control team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role focuses on improving workflows, maintaining compliance, and supporting senior management with financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Financial Control team and daily operations.
• Develop and improve workflows to ensure smooth team performance.
• Monitor financial control processes, accuracy, and compliance.
• Prepare and review financial reports and related documents.
• Collaborate closely with Internal Audit and External Audit teams.
• Ensure accounting practices comply with applicable Accounting Standards.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Financial Control, Accounting, Audit, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Accounting Standards and financial control principles.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
