Accounting & Admin Officer

About the role

The Accounting & Admin Officer will support Melon Rouge Agency’s daily financial administration, HR processes and office operations. Working on‑site in Phnom Penh, the role ensures smooth financial flow and compliance while assisting the management team.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up daily accounting tasks and keep the system up to date.
• Liaise with team, clients and suppliers to avoid overdue invoices and late billing.
• Update cash‑flow forecast on a weekly basis.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and highlight variations.
• Support management in assessing project profitability.
• Coordinate with the tax firm for monthly and year‑end tax declarations.
• Ensure the company remains fully compliant with Cambodian law.
• Process new employee onboarding and departures, and prepare monthly payroll.
• Maintain office supplies, cleanliness and overall studio operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing accounts for a small‑ or medium‑sized company.
• One year of general administrative management experience.
• Good knowledge of Cambodian regulations.
• Fluent in Khmer and good command of English.
• Well‑organized, proactive and able to work in a multicultural environment.
