Senior Accounting Officer (AR)

About the role

Dynamic Advanced Group is seeking a Senior Accounting Officer (AR) to manage invoicing, collections, and month‑end closing activities. The role supports the finance team in ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with tax regulations, and timely customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily collection reports, provide weekly updates to the Accounting Supervisor and Manager, and coordinate with collectors.
• Verify sales orders for accuracy (price, VAT, terms) and process unlock requests for orders exceeding credit limits.
• Ensure proper invoicing, post credit notes, and manage sample, consignment, donation and bonus requests.
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation, file hard and soft copies, and monitor invoice sequencing.
• Prepare monthly statements, VAT tracking, and project control schedules for tax exemptions.
• Execute interim (20‑25th) and month‑end closing, including accruals, adjustments, reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Support external and tax audits by supplying sales contracts, delivery notes and other required documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Taxation; professional certification (CAT, ACCA) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, with strong knowledge of taxation law and accounting principles.
• Proficient English reading, writing and listening skills.
• Excellent planning, critical thinking, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
