Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join K3M Travel Retail’s finance team in Phnom Penh. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting the company’s five travel retail outlets at Techo International Airport. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Record financial transactions and prepare vouchers in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain general ledgers, manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform monthly and annual closing activities and produce management reports.
• Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external auditors and tax authorities.
• Assist with budgeting and financial compliance tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and local tax regulations.
• Experience in retail or service‑oriented environments is an advantage.
• Professional certifications are a plus.
• Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced use of spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Familiarity with ERP or retail management systems.
