Talent Acquisition Senior Officer – Asia

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Officer to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple Asian locations. You will partner with hiring managers to attract both technical and non‑technical talent, ensuring a smooth, compliant hiring process that supports our growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full‑cycle recruitment for tech and non‑tech positions, from sourcing to offer processing and onboarding handover.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, timelines, and candidate expectations.
• Source candidates via job portals, referrals, social platforms, databases and recruitment agencies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high‑volume roles.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports (headcount, time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates).
• Ensure data accuracy in the ATS and internal trackers; generate weekly and monthly management reports.
• Coordinate pre‑employment checks, visas, and onboarding documentation with HR Operations, Mobility and Compliance teams.
• Support employer branding initiatives, job postings, career events and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws, internal hiring policies and documentation standards.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, templates and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably with regional or multi‑country exposure.
• Proven experience hiring both technical and non‑technical roles.
• Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
