Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for filling assigned vacancies efficiently, from posting announcements to onboarding selected candidates. The role acts as an ambassador of the bank, providing support and consultation to hiring managers and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Execute recruitment activities including job posting, headhunting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks and offer communication.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and functional heads to understand staffing needs.
• Source rare talent, manage interview schedules, and prepare competency tests.
• Negotiate offers, onboard candidates and maintain ongoing communication with finalists.
• Represent the bank at career fairs and events to expand candidate networks.
• Follow recruitment guidelines and policies, track performance metrics and report accurately.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, finance, banking or related field.
• Minimum two years of recruitment or HR experience with a proven track record.
• Excellent interviewing, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong relationship‑building ability with hiring managers and candidates.
• High level of confidentiality, attention to detail and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Experience with bank’s recruitment software and HR tools.
