Senior HR & Admin Officer – Recruitment

About the role

The Senior HR Officer – Recruitment leads the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified talent efficiently. The role supports manpower planning and enhances the employer brand while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from requisition approval to onboarding, ensuring vacancies are filled within agreed timelines.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, agencies and career fairs; screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Prepare offers, negotiate compensation within guidelines and maintain recruitment KPIs and reports.
• Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and provide regular recruitment progress updates.
• Promote employer branding through campaigns, university relations and recruitment events.
• Coordinate onboarding, conduct new‑employee orientations and ensure smooth integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in retail, FMCG or large‑scale hiring.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain high integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with recruitment systems or HRIS (preferred).
