Group Chief Human Resource Officer

About the role

The Group Chief Human Resource Officer will lead the HR function for Orienda International Hospital and its affiliated entities. Based on‑site in Stueng Mean Chey, the role ensures HR strategy aligns with the organization’s healthcare objectives and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HR policies, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, talent development and succession planning.
• Provide guidance on performance management, compensation, benefits and employee engagement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, support organisational change, and improve staff retention and productivity.
• Collaborate with senior management and clinical leaders to address employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Extensive senior HR leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or large multi‑site organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian labour laws and international HR standards.
• Proven ability in HR strategy development, policy design, employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) highly desirable.
