System Administrator

About the role

The role focuses on maintaining, integrating, and automating the company’s infrastructure using Ansible and related DevOps tools. You will ensure reliable operation of servers, manage change processes, and support continuous delivery pipelines across development, testing, and production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, update, patch, and troubleshoot operating systems while monitoring performance.
• Install, configure, script, and automate applications.
• Administer the Ansible platform, handling maintenance and configuration changes.
• Develop and deploy Ansible playbooks, roles, templates, inventories, and workflows for Linux, Windows, network, firewall, load balancer, DNS, and compliance checks.
• Support the creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Helm, and Ansible.
• Perform backup verification, root‑cause analysis, and problem‑management activities.
• Collaborate with the network team to ensure proper system interconnectivity.
• Provide training on Ansible automation to internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in system administration or a similar role.
• Strong background in Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows administration.
• Experience with patching, vulnerability remediation, and performance troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on knowledge of OpenShift or Kubernetes and container deployment automation.
