Supervisor, People and Organizational Development

About the role

The Supervisor, People and Organizational Development leads the design, delivery and evaluation of talent management and organizational development initiatives. This position works closely with senior leadership to boost employee performance, nurture future leaders and increase overall organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development and talent assessments.
• Design and deliver organisational development interventions such as change management, team‑building and leadership programmes.
• Lead the performance management cycle: goal setting, reviews, development planning and data analysis.
• Create and manage employee engagement programmes, conduct surveys and focus groups, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to strengthen organisational capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or Talent Development specialist.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work under pressure, both independently and in a team.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
